During my stay, I was thrilled by how close the West Coast Wildlife Centre and the beautiful Terrace Walk were, making it easy to enjoy nature without straying far from my comfy room. it truly enhanced my weekend wandering through the area, letting me soak in all the amazing sights and sounds. As a solo traveler, I appreciated that the nearby attractions allowed for leisurely strolls, turning each day into a mini adventure.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were quick to assist with any issues. However, the mattress was soft and worn out, resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. we had an amazing romantic stay here, much better than my last visit in franz josef. the room was cozy and had stunning views of the glacier right from our window, making it perfect for our getaway. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to enhance our experience.

We had a great family adventure, taking a thrilling trip through ancient rainforests and rivers nearby. Our daughter loved the experience of paddling down the beautiful West Coast. The location is stunning and perfect for outdoor fun.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness of the room could use immediate improvement. We noticed some maintenance issues that consistently detracted from our overall comfort.

scenic is perfectly located near the stunning rainforest retreat, making it easy to explore nature. the views were breathtaking, and the breakfast service, albeit crowded, offered a variety of options for a tasty start to the day. guests particularly enjoyed the relaxing hand & nail bath offered as a service here.

Loved the cozy twin room! The view from our balcony was a total delight, perfect for sipping tea and pretending to be in a postcard.

The WiFi? More like 'Why-Bye! ' and don’t get me started on those flat pillows. I mean, they could literally be a pancake!
